Log into your Swiss Beauty account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return and state the reason.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and invoice documents for a successful verification.
Pickup & Shipping
Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your delivery address within 2-3 business days at no extra cost.
Refund Processing
After the returned product passes our quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
